Position Overview
We are excited to announce the Future Trails (Clinical Internship) Program at Avinya Foundation, designed for passionate final-year students and interns pursuing MBBS. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare sector while contributing to the betterment of rural and underserved communities. Interns will engage in both remote and on-site activities, working alongside experienced professionals from different fields.
Job Description
As an intern at Avinya Foundation, you will:
- Prepare and present health education talks to educate community members on essential health topics
- Assist specialists in providing healthcare services during on-site programs
- Collect, sort, analyze, and scrutinize health data in accordance to the established research protocols
- Participate in health workshops and community outreach activities
- Enter and manage data in Avinya's electronic records system
- Support the organization in various administrative tasks related to healthcare delivery
- Develop and propose research protocols aligned with the organization's goals (Optional)
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year MBBS and above (Required)
- Proficiency in the Telugu language is preferred but not a limitation
- Any previous experience with NGOs is much appreciated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and challenging environments
- Commitment to the organization's cause

Terms & Conditions
- Regular attendance at scheduled online meetups is required
- While most of the work is remote, Interns must attend two on-site programs per month, held exclusively on Sundays
- Our organization neither provides nor encourages Compensation-for-Service, but we arrange food and transportation (in and around Tirupati) during all in-person events
- Internship Tenure: 1-2 Years
